Vinyasa Flow

A fluid, dynamic practice matching movement with breath. Build strength, focus, and cardiovascular endurance through creative sequences that leave you feeling energized and aligned.

Beginner Friendly 75 Mins

Hatha Yoga

A classic, slower-paced practice focused on foundational postures, alignment principles, and breath control. Ideal for learning key postures and finding stillness in hold times.

All Levels 60 Mins

Yin Yoga

A meditative practice focusing on passive, longer-held postures targeting deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints). Designed to improve joint mobility and calm the nervous system.

Specialty 90 Mins

Sound Bath

A restorative, non-movement sound meditation. Lay back and let the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you to promote deep cellular relaxation.
